Email & Outreach Policy
Vik Creative Tech does not send unsolicited commercial email. This page is our policy. It binds us, and anyone who ever acts on our behalf.
No unsolicited email
We do not send unsolicited commercial email or messages, and we do not use anyone else to send them for us. No one — not us, and not any contractor, affiliate, partner or other third party — is permitted to advertise vikcreativetech.com, or any page or subdomain of it, by unsolicited email or message.
We do not run an affiliate programme, and no one is paid to promote our website.
How we contact businesses
We build websites for small businesses. When we think we can help a business, we call the phone number published on that business’s own website, say who we are, and say that it is a sales call.
We send an email only when the person we speak to asks for it, or when they have written to us first. That email goes to the address they confirmed, from our own domain, vikcreativetech.com.
If they say no, we stop.
What we never do
- Buy, rent or scrape email lists
- Send from lookalike, secondary or throwaway domains
- Use “warm-up” or any other service that simulates engagement
- Use tracking pixels, open or click tracking, or link shorteners
- Use fake “Re:” or “Fwd:” subject lines, or pretend a conversation happened when it did not
- Put sales messages into businesses’ website contact forms
- Send bulk or automated sales email

- Our real name, our company name and our own address
- Our postal address: Trulsebråten 86, 1350 Lommedalen, Norway
- Why you are receiving it
- A one-step way to stop: reply “no”
After an email you asked for, we follow up at most once. Then we stop.
Stopping contact
Tell us on the phone, reply “no” to any email, or write to havard@vikcreativetech.com. We act on it as soon as we receive it, and permanently. We keep a suppression list for exactly this purpose, as described in our privacy policy.
Reporting abuse
If you ever receive an email or message that you did not ask for and that mentions vikcreativetech.com, please forward it to havard@vikcreativetech.com. We will investigate and act on it.
A note on our history
In September 2026 we set up a separate domain, getvikcreative.com, for sales email, and it took part in an automated warm-up service. It was never used to send sales email to any business. On September 29, 2026 we stopped the warm-up, retired that domain from all email, and adopted this policy.
